About
Hello, my name is Stelton Phelps. I am an entry level Game Producer from Los Angeles, California, USA currently studying at Abertay University in Dundee, Scotland to earn the Professional Masters in Games Development.
My passion for games started as a child when I first played Sonic Adventure on the Sega Dreamcast and found a lifelong interest in games development and design. Earning my undergraduate degree in Art and Design: Games and Playable Media at the University of California, Santa Cruz, allowed me to become exposed to the industry of people in games development that are creative, passionate, and wanting to make the player experience globally rewarding.
Working in multiple diverse teams, I found that facilitating communication and having open dialogue helps encourage the right questions to be addressed in the development pipeline to deliver results. However, having the skills to lead, plan, and manage projects are needed to ensure work is delivered on-time to the expected quality during development.
